The DentaQuest Institute is pleased to welcome Dr. Brian Nový, Cindy Hannon and Dr. Biyi Ogunjimi to its team working on quality improvement strategies. The Institute takes a hands-on approach, working with oral health care professionals to support them in the care they provide to patients by developing and validating science-based protocols and best practices for the dental office.
“Dentistry is undergoing an important transition; today it is less about surgical care to treat diseases and more about using innovations in science to prevent and manage underlying diseases,” said Dr. Rob Compton, executive director of the DentaQuest Institute. “Brian, Cindy and Biyi have shown their commitment to our mission to improve the oral health of all through disease prevention and management and we look forward to the knowledge and new ideas they will bring to our quality improvement efforts.”

Previously, Nový was an associate professor at Loma Linda University in California and maintained a private dental practice in Southern California.
