This will be the first of our monthly Action Calls.  In this call we will:

• Introduce the teams and have each member describe their role on their team
• Brief explanation about the monthly activities and purpose of the Action Calls
• Discussion: Huddle Board and how your practice communicates and incorporates changes to practice
